The blocks are 15″ finished & 15 1/2″ unfinished.

It’s Glowing & Bold! Waiting to Shine & Brighten your Days! This is a traditionally pieced quilt that sews quickly because of the size of the quilt blocks!

There are only two blocks to sew together to make this quilt:

It’s got a little bit of everything in it: Square in a Squares, Flying Geese, Half-Square Triangles & Quarter-Square Triangles. But don’t let that intimidate you! If you chain piece it it’ll sew together faster than ever!

Lasagna Quilt Block

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Pink: Cut FOUR (4) 3 1/2″ squares. On the back side of the squares draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the Red 3 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ rectangles which will create FOUR (4) Snowball Corners. They’ll also create the center of this quilt block when sewn together.)
  • Pink: Cut FOUR (4) 3 1/2″ squares. On the back side of the squares draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the White 3 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ rectangles which will create FOUR (4) Snowball Corners. They’ll also be the FOUR (4) corners of this quilt block when it’s sewn together.)
