Crazy Star Quilt Block

Cutting Requirements for 12â€³ finished block (scant 1/4â€³ seam allowance):

Pink: Cut ONE (1) 5 3/8″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. Will yield FOUR (4) triangles. (These triangles are first paired with the results of the White 5 3/8″ squares. Then they’re paired with the results of the Mint Green 4 3/4″ squares. Once they’re all sewn together they’ll create FOUR (4) Split Half-Square Triangles.)
Pink: Cut ONE (1) 5 3/8″ squares. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. Will yield FOUR (4) triangles. (These triangles are first paired with the results of the White 5 3/8″ squares. Then they’re paired with the results of the Yellow
4 3/4″ squares. Once they’re all sewn together they’ll create FOUR (4) Split Half-Square Triangles.)
Mint Green: Cut TWO (2) 4 3/4″ squares. (These are paired with the White 4 3/4″ squares which will create FOUR (4) Half-Square Triangles. They’ll also be the FOUR (4) corners of this quilt block.)
Mint Green: Cut ONE (1) 5 3/8″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. Will yield FOUR (4) triangles. (These triangles are first paired with the results of the Yellow 5 3/8″ squares. Then they’re paired with the results of the White 4 3/4″ squares. Once they’re all sewn together they’ll create FOUR (4) Split Half-Square Triangles. They’ll also be the center of this quilt block.)
Yellow: Cut ONE (1) 5 3/8″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. Will yield FOUR (4) triangles. Lt. Blue: Cut TWO (2) 4 3/4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. Will yield TWO (2) triangles per square. (These will flank ONE (1) side of the results of the White 8 3/8″ squares. When sewn together with the results of the Lt. Green 4 3/4″ squares they’ll create FOUR (4) Flying Geese.)
