Quilt Dash is all about “Summertime” at this Month!

Quilt Therapy Posted on July 15, 2021 by TK HarrisonJuly 15, 2021

Enjoy this quilt made with the “hot” colors of summer!

"Summertime" is a free July 2021 quilt pattern to members of Quilt Dash! It's designed by Phyllis Dobbs!

“Summertime”
Designed by Phyllis Dodds
The size of the quilt is 57” W x 76” H.
The blocks are 10 1/2” x 10 1/2” unfinished and 10” x 10” finished.

The blocks are asymmetrical in arrangement. An appliqué flower is pieced above each block on the sashing at the top of a flower stem. 2 leaves appliquéd to each block.

"Summertime" Quilt Dash Row

This is a pieced row of the “Summertime” quilt pattern! You almost can’t tell what the quilt’s going to look like just by seeing this row!

"Summertime" appliqué Tulip row

This is the Tulip appliquéd row! It’d rather pretty & fussy! It goes above each of the pieced rows!

In order for you to download this free pattern, all you need to do is to create a new account (or login to your current account) at QuiltDash.com & click on the link that says “Join the QuiltDash” (no quotes). Once you’ve done that, you just need to search for the images on the shops/websites/blogs who are participating in this month’s Quilt Dash. It’s really quite simple & it’s a fun thing to do! Not to mention you get to look at some lovely quilty fabrics & notions that you may just want to purchase (I promise not to tell anyone 🙂 )!
