Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):

• Bright Pink: Cut TEN (10) 2 1/2″ squares. (These are paired with either the White 2 1/2″ squares, or the Bright Pink 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• Bright Pink: Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles. (These are paired with either the White
  2 1/2″ squares, or the Bright Pink 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles, or even the Bright Pink 2 1/2″ squares, as needed for this quilt block.)
• White: Cut TEN (10) 2 1/2″ squares. (These are paired with either the Bright Pink 2 1/2″ squares, or the Bright Pink 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles, as needed for this quilt block.)

If you make TWELVE (12) “Love You Quilt Blocks,” you’ll end up with the quilt top pictured above. The size will be 36″ x 48″ finished, 36 1/2″ x 48 1/2″ unfinished.

Present Quilt Block

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):

• Salmon: Cut FOUR (4) 2 3/8″ squares. (These are paired with the White 2 3/8″ squares, which will create EIGHT (8) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• Salmon: Cut TWELVE (12) 2 3/8″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You’ll end up with TWO (2) triangles per square. (These will flank the White 2″ squares as needed for this quilt block.
• White: Cut FOUR (4) 2 3/8″ squares. On the back side of the squares draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the White 2 3/8″ squares, which will create EIGHT (8) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• White: Cut EIGHT (8) 2″ squares. (These will be flanked by the results of the Salmon 2 3/8″ squares as needed for this quilt block.)
• White: Cut TWO (2) 5 3/8″ squares. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You’ll end up with FOUR (4) triangles. (These are the FOUR (4) corner’s of this quilt block.)
• White: Cut TWO (2) 5 3/8″ squares. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You’ll end up with FOUR (4) triangles. (These are the center’s of this quilt block.)

• Green: Cut TWO (2) 4 1/4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You’ll end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square. (These are paired with the results of the White 4 1/4″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Quarter-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• White: Cut EIGHT (8) 2 3/8″ squares. On the back side of the squares draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.(These are paired with the Green 2 3/8″ squares, which will create SIXTEEN (16) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
