If you make TWELVE (12) “Snowball #2 Quilt Blocks,” you will end up with the quilt top pictured above. The size will be 36″ x 48″ finished, 36 1/2″ x 48 1/2″ unfinished.
I cut my block as listed above, 2 1/2, 6 1.2, 2 3/4 ; however my snowball blocks did not match the nine patch. 2” finished and the snowball is 1/3/4.
Was there a correction to the pattern?
Vera – I looked at the “Snowball #2” quilt block measurements. Then I looked at my blog posts for the “Snowball #2” quilt blocks. There are actually two different blog posts with the same name. You are correct in that the measurements, for the “Snowball #2” quilt block are incorrect, on the “Snowball #2” quilt block blog post that you’re using. Try using this one instead: https://quilttherapy.com/?p=15225. I think you’ll have much better results if you do!
