Nameless Star Quilt Block

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Peach: Cut FOUR (4) 3 3/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • Peach: Cut ONE (1) 7 1/4″ square. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • White: Cut TWO (2) 3 3/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • White: Cut ONE (1) 4 3/4″ square.

Nameless Star Variation Quilt Block

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Green: Cut FOUR (4) 3 3/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • Blue: Cut FOUR (4) 3 3/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • Blue: Cut ONE (1) 7 1/4″ square. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • White: Cut ONE (1) 4 3/4″ square.
  • White: Cut TWO (2) 3 3/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Green: Cut TWO (2) 4 3/4″ squares. On the back side of each square, draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.
  • Green: Cut THREE (3) 5 1/4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square (you only need a total of TEN (10) triangles for this quilt block).
  • White: Cut TWO (2) 4 3/4″ squares.
  • White: Cut THREE (3) 5 1/4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square (you only need a total of TEN (10) triangles for this quilt block).
