Flashback Tuesday: Gift Card (or Money) Holder Quilted Present Project

Make someone’s Christmas fun and festive with this quilted gift card holder!  It can also become an ornament keepsake for years to come!  BTW – that gift card, in the photo, is from one of our local quilt shops.  LUCKY ME!!!

2015 Block of the Month Quilt Design for BOMquilts.com is in the House!

My 2015 block of the month quilt for BOMquilts.com has been designed and I have the fabric for it, sponsored by Abbi May’s Fabric Shop.  All I’m lacking is the super-de-dupter Aurifil thread to reach me from Italy.  I am excited about this new design and will have it made before the BOM even starts in January 2015.  The fabric is from the Veracruz line and it is bright and bold – just perfect for this quilt project!

I merged some modern block designs with some tried-and-true classic block designs to create “Modern Framed Classics.”  Here are a couple of photos of the blocks:
