On Cloud Nine: Comfort Quilt Block
Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):
- Beige: Cut ONE (1) 1 1/2″ square. (This is the center of this quilt block. It’s paired with the Beige 3″ squares & the Blue 1 1/2″ x 3″ rectangles they’ll create ONE (1) Uneven Nine-Patch.)
- Beige: Cut FOUR (4) 3″ squares. (These squares will help create the center of this quilt block. They’re paired with the Beige 1 1/2″ square & they’re also paired with the Blue 1 1/2″ x 3″ rectangles. All together they’ll create ONE (1) Uneven Nine-Patch.)
- Beige: Cut FOUR (4) 3 1/2″ squares. (These squares are the FOUR (4) corners of this quilt block. When paired with the Blue 3 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ rectangles they’ll create TWO (2) Uneven Three-Patch)
- Blue: Cut FOUR (4) 1 1/2″ x 3″ rectangles. (These rectangles are paired with the Beige 1 1/2″
square. They’re also paired with the Beige 3″ squares. Once sewn together they’ll create ONE (1) Uneven Nine-Patch.) - Blue: Cut FOUR (4) 3 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ rectangles. (These rectangles are paired with the Beige
3 1/2″ squares in the FOUR (4) corners of this quilt block. Once sewn together they’ll create TWO (2) Uneven Three-Patch)
