Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):
- Mint Green: Cut ONE (1) 5 1/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. Will yield FOUR (4) triangles. (These triangles are paired with the results of the White 5 1/4″ triangles as needed to sew this quilt block together.)
- Green: Cut FOUR (4) 4 1/2″ squares. (These are the FOUR (4) corners of this quilt block as needed to sew it together.)
- Green: Cut TWO (2) 1 7/8″ x 3 3/8″ rectangles. (These rectangles are paired with the White
3 3/8″ square in the center of this quilt block. They’ll partially create a “frame” around it as needed to sew this quilt block together.) - Green: Cut TWO (2) 1 7/8″ x 6 1/8″ rectangles. (These rectangles are paired with the White
3 3/8″ square in the center of this quilt block. They’ll partially create a “frame” around it as needed to sew this quilt block together.) - White: Cut ONE (1) 3 3/8″ square. (This is the center of this quilt block. It’s paired with the Green 1 7/8″ x 3 3/8″ rectangles. It’s also paired with the Green 1 7/8″ x 6 1/8″ rectangles. They’ll create a “frame” around it as needed to sew this quilt block together.)
- White: Cut TWO (2) 5 1/4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. Will yield FOUR (4) triangles per square. (These triangles are paired with the Mint Green 5 1/4″ squares as needed to sew this quilt block together.)

Sew TWELVE (12) “Album Star Quilt Blocks” to end up with the quilt top pictured above. The size will be 36″ x 48″ finished & 36 1/2″ x 48 1/2″ unfinished.
