Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):
- Yellow: Cut FOUR (4) 4 1/2″ squares. (These are the FOUR (4) corners of this quilt block as needed to sew it together.)
- Pink: Cut ONE (1) 5 1/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You’ll end up with FOUR (4) triangles. (These triangles are flanked by the results of the Bright Pink 2 7/8″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Flying Geese, as needed to sew this quilt block together.
- Bright Pink: Cut FOUR (4) 2 7/8″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You’ll end up with TWO (2) triangles per square. (These triangles will flank the results of the Pink 5 1/4″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Flying Geese, as needed to sew this quilt block together.)
- White: Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles. (These are paired with the Pink/Bright Pink Flying Geese as needed to sew this quilt block together.)
- White: Cut ONE (1) 4 1/2″ square. (This is the center of this quilt block as needed to sew this quilt block together.)

Sew TWELVE (12) “Album Quilt Blocks” to end up with the quilt top pictured above. The size will be 36″ x 48″ finished & 36 1/2″ x 48 1/2″ unfinished.
