Album Quilt Block

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):

• Yellow: Cut FOUR (4) 4 1/2″ squares. (These are the FOUR (4) corners of this quilt block as needed to sew it together.)
• Pink: Cut ONE (1) 5 1/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You’ll end up with FOUR (4) triangles. (These triangles are flanked by the results of the Bright Pink 2 7/8″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Flying Geese, as needed to sew this quilt block together.
• Bright Pink: Cut FOUR (4) 2 7/8″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You’ll end up with TWO (2) triangles per square. (These triangles will flank the results of the Pink 5 1/4″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Flying Geese, as needed to sew this quilt block together.)
• White: Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ rectangles. (These are paired with the Pink/Bright Pink Flying Geese as needed to sew this quilt block together.)
• White: Cut ONE (1) 4 1/2″ square. (This is the center of this quilt block as needed to sew this quilt block together.)
