Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):

• Dark Blue:  Cut TWO (2) 3 3/4″ squares. (These are paired with the White 3 3/4
  squares, which will create FOUR (4) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• Dark Blue:  Cut ONE (1) 4 1/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You’ll end up with FOUR (4) triangles. (These will flank the results of the White 3 3/4″ squares as needed for this quilt block.)
• Light Blue: Cut TWO (2) 4″ squares. (These are paired with the White 4″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• White:  Cut TWO (2) 3 3/4″ squares. On the back side of the squares, draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the Dark Blue 3 3/4  squares, which will create FOUR (4) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• White:  Cut TWO (2) 4″ squares. On the back side of the squares, draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the Light Blue 4″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.
• White:  Cut FOUR (4) 4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  You’ll end up with FOUR (4) triangles. (These will flank the results of the Dark Blue
  4 1/4″ squares & the Dark Blue 3 3/4″ squares, as needed for this quilt block.)
• White:  Cut ONE (1) 6 1/2″ square. (This is the center of this quilt block.)
