Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):

• Coral: Cut ONE (1) 1 7/8″ square. (This is the center of this quilt block.)
• Coral: Cut FOUR (4) 4 1/2″ squares. (These will flank the left & right sides of the White 1 7/8″ x 5 7/8″ strips. As needed for this quilt block.)
• Coral: Cut TWELVE (12) 2 1/8″ squares. (These are paired with the White 2 1/8″ squares, which will create TWENTY-FOUR (24) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• White: Cut FOUR (4) 1 7/8″ squares. (These are the FOUR (4) corner’s of this quilt block.)
• White: Cut FOUR (4) 1 7/8″ x 5 7/8″ strips. (These will be flanked by the Coral 4 1/2″ squares as needed for this quilt block.)
• White: Cut TWELVE (12) 2 1/8″ squares. On the back side of each square draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the Coral 2 1/8″ squares, which will create TWENTY-FOUR (24) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)

• Yellow: Cut TWO (2) 5 1/4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You’ll end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square. (These are paired with the results of the Aqua 5 1/4″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Quarter-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• Aqua: Cut TWO (2) 5 1/4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You’ll end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square. (These are paired with the results of the Yellow 5 1/4″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Quarter-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• Aqua: Cut TWELVE (12) 2 1/8″ squares. (These are paired with the White 2 1/8″ squares, which will create TWENTY-FOUR (24) Half-Square Triangles, as needed for this quilt block.)
• White: Cut FOUR (4) 1 7/8″ squares. (These are the FOUR (4) corner’s of this quilt block.)
