Tulip Lady Fingers Quilt Block
Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):
- Yellow: Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ squares. (These are flanked by the results of the Red 2 7/8″ squares. They’ll also help create the FOUR (4) corner’s of this quilt block.)
- Yellow: Cut ONE (1) 4 1/2″ square. (This is the center of this quilt block.)
- Red: Cut FOUR (4) 2 7/8″ squares. (These are paired with the White 2 7/8″ squares which will create EIGHT (8) Half-Square Triangles. They’ll also help create the FOUR (4) corner’s of this quilt block.)
- White: Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ squares. (These are flanked by the results of the Red 2 7/8″ squares. They’re also the FOUR (4) corner’s of this quilt block.)
- White: Cut FOUR (4) 4 1/2″ squares. (These will be paired with the Yellow 4 1/2″ square as needed for this quilt block.)
- White: Cut FOUR (4) 2 7/8″ squares. On the back side draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the Red 2 7/8″ squares which will create EIGHT (8) Half-Square Triangles. They’ll also help create the FOUR (4) corner’s of this quilt block.)
