Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Green:  Cut TWO (2) 5 1/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square (you only need SIX (6) of these triangles for this block).
  • Green: Cut FOUR (4) 2 3/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • Green: Cut ONE (1) 9 1/4″ square. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square (you only need TWO (2) of these triangles for this block).
  • Dark Green: Cut TWO (2) 3 1/4″ squares.
  • White: Cut FOUR (4) 5 1/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square (you only need FOURTEEN (14) of these triangles for this block).
