Cutting Requirements for 12â€³ finished block (scant 1/4â€³ seam allowance):

Navy Blue: Cut ONE (1) 4 3/4″ square. (This will be flanked by the results of the Blue 3 7/8″ squares, which will create a Square in a Square. It will also be the center of this quilt block.)
Blue: Cut TWO (2) 3 7/8″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square. (These will flank the Navy Blue 4 3/4″ square, which will create a Square in a Square. It will also be the center of this quilt block.)
Turquoise: Cut FOUR (4) 3 7/8″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square. (These will flank the results of the White 7 1/4″ square, which will create FOUR (4) Flying Geese, as needed for this quilt block.)
White: Cut FOUR (4) 3 1/2″ squares. (These will be the FOUR (4) corner’s of this quilt block.)
