Cookies and Cream Block

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Tan:  Cut TWO (2) 4 3/4″ squares.  Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  This will yield TWO (2) triangles out of each square.
  • Tan:  Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ squares.
  • Tan:  Cut FOUR (4) 1 1/2: squares.
  • Tan:  Cut ONE (1) 3 1/4″ square.
  • Cream:  Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ strips.
  • Mint:  Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ strips.
  • Mint:  Cut EIGHT (8) 1 3/4″ squares.  Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  This will yield TWO (2) triangles out of each square.
  • Mint:  Cut FOUR (4) 2 3/4″ squares.  Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  This will yield TWO (2) triangles out of each square.

Wild Duck Block

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • White:  Cut SIX (6) 3 1/2″ squares.
  • White:  Cut FOUR (4) 3 3/4″ squares.  On the reverse side of each square, draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.
  • Med. Blue:  Cut TWO (2) 3 1/2″ squares.
  • Med. Blue:  Cut THREE (3) 3 3/4″ squares.
  • Dk. Blue:  Cut THREE (3) 3 3/4″ squares.

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Purple:  Cut SIX (6) 2 3/4″ squares.
  • Purple:  Cut EIGHT (8) 2 1/2″ squares.
  • Purple:  Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ strips.
  • Purple:  Cut ONE (1) 3 1/4″ square
  • Yellow:  Cut SIX (6) 2 3/4″ squares.  On the reverse side draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.
  • Yellow:  Cut TWO (2) 2 3/4″ squares.  Then cut these squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles.
  • Yellow:  Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ squares.

Peach Cobbler Quilt Block

Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Lt. Peach:  Cut SIX (6) 2 3/4″ squares.  Then cut these squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • Green:  Cut TWO (2) 2 3/4″ squares.  Then cut these squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • Peach:  Cut FOUR (4) 3 1/4″ squares.
  • Peach:  Cut ONE (1) 4 1/2″ square.
  • Brown:  Cut TWO (2) 4 3/4″ squares.
  • Ecru:  Cut TWO (2) 4 3/4″ squares.  On the back side of each square, draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.
