1941 Nine-Patch Quilt Block

Cutting Requirements for 12â€³ finished block (precise 1/4â€³ seam allowance):

Green: Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ strips.
Gray: Cut ONE (1) 4 1/2″ square.
Gray: Cut FOUR (4) 3″ squares. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
White: Cut FOUR (4) 4 1/2″ squares.
White: Cut ONE (1) 5 1/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles.

Cutting Requirements for 12â€³ finished block (precise 1/4â€³ seam allowance):

Pink: Cut TWO (2) 5″ squares. On the back side of each square draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.
Pink: Cut ONE (1) 5 1/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles. You only need TWO (2) of these triangles for this quilt block.
Red: Cut TWO) 5 1/4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square.
Maroon: Cut TWO (2) 5″ squares.
Maroon: Cut ONE (1) 5 1/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles.
