Quilted Kitchen: Duck and Ducklings Quilt Block & Duck Breast and Bacon Pineapple Appetizer

Duck and Ducklings Quilt Block




Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Green #1:  Cut TWO (2) 3 1/4″ squares.  Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • Green #2:  Cut TWO (2) 5 3/4″ squares.  Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • Orange:  Cut FIVE (5) 2 3/4″ squares.
  • Lt. Pink:  Cut SIX (6) 3 1/4″ squares.  Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.  You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square.
  • Lt. Pink:  Cut FOUR (4) 2 3/4″ squares.
