The Good Time Quilters of Blind Bay are Melting
The Good Time Quilters of Blind Bay have one more session before they take a break for the summer. I’m not sure why they take a break for the summer, though? Wouldn’t that be a prime time for getting together to sew, have lunch & gripe about everything under the sun? Not to mention that the snowbirds will have returned so that you’d have a full group instead of just a handful of quilter’s around the table? Of course, it’s not up to me. The bottom line is that they’re making one of my free BOM quilts from my sister-site BOMquilts.com.
Have you ever wondered where Sorrento, British Columbia, Canada is? I had no clue where it was, not until I consulted with Google Maps! Take a look at where they’re located & then you’ll understand why I put “Melting” in the title of the blog post (Brrr! 🙂 ):
If you’ve missed my previous blog posts regarding the Good Time Quilters of Blind Bay, you can find them here and here.
For this month’s installment, my picture treat’s come from six separate quilter’s, three quilt blocks that they’ve made thus far. Feast your eyes on these photo’s from each of them:
Since they only have one more session to go, I’m wondering how long it’ll take them to finish my, “Cinnamon-teen Chocolate Figs & Roses” BOM? Guess we’ll all have to wait and see!
