My Facebook group was actually started from another page. There was a Lorraine fabric page which was selling the remaining stock of boundless fabric from Bluprint/Craftsy. While following that page I found there were many women and a few men who were feeling isolated due to Covid. I started my Facebook group as a way to try to build a community so they could once again belong to something and not feel lonely. We have about 300 members but they aren’t all active. I put out a post to see how many would be interested in the BOM and it was about 40. As we all know life happens so that could change.

The Port Perry Patchers Quilt Guild are from Port Perry, Ontario, Canada. It’s a small town just east of Toronto. Their quilt guild was first formed in 1989. Currently they have approximately 50 active members. Ordinarily they meet on the third Monday of the month.
