Putting Your Block #6 Together:

  1. Make FOUR (4) half square triangles with your White and Gold squares:
  2. Make FOUR (4) quarter square triangles with the White, Green and Red triangles as shown:
  3. Make TWO (2) rows as shown:
  4. Make ONE (1) row as follows:
  5. Now put your rows into a block:

Block 6 Cutting:

  1. White:  Cut TWO (2) 4 1/4″ squares – then draw a line diagonally, corner to corner, ONE (1) time the back of each square.
  2. Gold:  Cut TWO (2) 4 1/4″ squares
  3. White:  Cut ONE (1) 4 1/2″ square – then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times.
  4. Red:  Cut TWO (2) 4 1/2″ squares -  then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times each.
  5. Green:  Cut ONE (1) 4 1/2″ square – then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times.
  6. Red:  Cut ONE (1) 3 7/8″ square

Putting your Block #5 Together:

  1. Add your two half-square triangle strips to the center section:
  2. Finally, add your TWO (2) rows to the center section of the block:

Putting your Block #5 Together:

  1. Take the FOUR White 3 3/8: blocks and create EIGHT (8) half-square triangles with the Red squares
  2. Make TWO (2) rows with your white squares and white/red half-square triangle blocks, then sew them to the four-square blocks you made - make TWO (2) of these rows :
  3. Make TWO (2) of these with the half-square triangles you made:
  4. Now make the following center four-patch block with the Yellow and Green squares:
  5. Make TWO (2) of these rows:
  6. Next, add your white strips to the sides of the abovementioned block:
  7. Finally, attach the center of your block as shown:
