Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):
- Blue: Cut EIGHT (8) 2 1/2″ squares. On the back side draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the Gray 3 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ rectangles, which will create SIXTEEN (16) Snowball Corners, as needed for this quilt block.)
- Blue: Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ squares. On the back side draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the White 3 1/2″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Snowball Corners, as needed for this quilt block.)
- Blue: Cut FOUR (4) 2 1/2″ squares. On the back side draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. (These are paired with the White 6 1/2″ square, which will create FOUR (4) Snowball Corners, as needed for this quilt block.)
- Gray: Cut FOUR (4) 3 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ rectangles. (These are paired with the Blue 2 1/2″ squares,
- which will create EIGHT (8) Snowball Corners, as needed for this quilt block.)
- White: Cut FOUR (4) 3 1/2″ squares. (These are paired with the Blue 2 1/2″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Snowball Corners, as needed for this quilt block.)
- White: Cut ONE (1) 6 1/2″ square. (This is paired with the Blue 2 1/2″ squares, which will create FOUR (4) Snowball Corners. It’ll also be the center of this quilt block.)
