“123 Popular Restaurant Recipes”
Ever ordered food from a restaurant chain, and think to yourself that you could save a LOT of money if you could make your favorite restaurant food at home?
Now you can!
Here’s a sneak peek at a couple of the recipes in this eBook, which is available at BOMquilts.com!
Arby’s® Sauce
Although the beef sandwiches from Arby’s® would be very hard to duplicate since they are made from specially processed beef hunks, thinly sliced, this fast food chain’s barbecue sauce can be cloned easily. Now you can whip up this slightly tangy sauce to put on your own homemade sandwich creations, even barbecued ribs or chicken.
1 cup ketchup
2 teaspoons water
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco pepper sauce
- Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirringconstantly, until the sauce begins to boil, 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove the sauce from the heat. Cover and allow to cool.
- Pour into a covered container for storage in your refrigerator. Keeps for a month or two.
Progresso® Italian Style Bread Crumbs
Here’s a real easy one that clones the most popular brand of seasoned bread crumbs. Just throw all of the ingredients into a small bowl, mix it up, and you’re done. Use the finished product for an Italian-style breading – when frying or baking chicken, fish, pork chops, eggplant, etc. – just as you would the store-bought product.
1 cup plain bread crumbs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon sugar
dash oregano
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
