Letting the Love Into a Thankful Quilted Heart
I and my family have been blessed. Beyond comprehension, at times. It is not easy for me to accept such kindness, from family, friends and secret gift-givers.
There are many people to thank for their gifts of quilted love that have been sent our way. The best way I know to do this is to pay it forward, to others in need.
- Since quilting is my passion, I first need to thank Linda at AbbiMays.com. She keeps me supplied with fabric to make my quilted heart quilts.
- To Alex at Aurifil, who has agreed to keep me in thread for some of my quilt projects at BOMquilts.com.
- To Meloney Funk, who quilts many of my quilts and gifts others with her quilting expertise.
- To Kathryn Rister, for her longarm quilting and her faith.
- To the thousands of Facebook quilting friends who have blessed me with their creativity, their energy and sharing their passion of quilting with me.
- To my foster mother, who wants to build us a sewing studio to separate my family from my quilting escapades and give us a separate place to share our love over quilting. She is nearly as obsessed with quilting as I am, and that’s a wonderful thing!
- To Electric Quilt, who makes my quilt designing life SEW much simpler!
- And last but certainly not least, to the readers of this Quilt Therapy Blog – you make my blogging SO much more fun!
Thank you quilters. Thank you.
