I chose not to tackle any large quilt projects to gift to anyone for this past Christmas because I just wasn’t ready to take on yet another deadline. But, I did enjoy a little sewing and craft therapy to be gifted to others.

Ah yes, it’s that time of year again. Time to plan for the holidays. I’m trying to get a jump up on the festivities, since so much of our days are driven by last-minute events for our kids. Is always frustrating, but I think that’s the way it is when the holidays roll around.
Anyway, I am trying to get the kids’ teacher gifts ready ahead of time. I had fun creating a fabric Christmas tree from this tutorial:
