**Pale Star Quilt Block**

**Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block** (scant 1/4″ seam allowance):

**Blue:**Cut TWO (2) 4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square. (These will flank the results of the Navy Blue 7 1/4″ square, which will create FOUR (4) Flying Geese, as needed for this quilt block.)**Navy Blue:**Cut FOUR (4) 3 1/2″ squares. (These are the FOUR (4) corner’s of this quilt block.)**Navy Blue:**Cut ONE (1) 7 1/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles. (These will be flanked by the results of the Blue 4″ squares & the White 4″ squares. Which will create FOUR (4) Flying Geese as needed for this quilt block.)**White:**Cut ONE (1) 6 1/2″ square. (This will be the center of this quilt block.)**White:**Cut TWO (2) 4″ squares. Then cut the squares diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles per square. (These will flank the results of the Navy Blue 7 1/4″ square, which will create FOUR (4) Flying Geese, as needed for this quilt block.)

You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles. (These will be flanked by the results of the Light Blue 4″ squares & the results of the White 4″ squares.
