Today, I’m actually closing down the computer and heading off to lunch with a friend.  I don’t have many friends in these parts, mainly because I work all the time and rarely leave the hill (by choice, mind you).  But, today, it’s girlfriend time – and I plan to enjoy it to the fullest!

I leave you with a photo of the quilt that I made for my nephew upon his graduation – it was a free BOM from another site, I think I started it in 2005, but I just couldn’t get it finished on time (hence, it wasn’t quilted yet when I gave it to him – and it was hanging on a fence for the photo, so you see the sun and fence through the quilt photo).  I actually didn’t even finish the borders until I was in Missouri, the day OF his graduation {bad aunt}!
