Cutting Requirements for 12″ finished block (precise 1/4″ seam allowance):

  • Pink: Cut ONE (1) 3 1/2″ square.
  • Pink: Cut TWO (2) 3 3/4″ squares. On the back side of each square draw a diagonal line, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time.
  • Pink: Cut ONE (1) 2 3/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles.
  • Purple: Cut TWO (2) 2 3/4″ x 4 3/4″ strips.
  • Purple: Cut ONE (1) 4 1/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles.
  • White: Cut ONE (1) 3 1/2″ square.
  • White: Cut TWO (2) 3 1/2″ x 6 1/2″ strips.
  • White: Cut TWO (2) 3 3/4″ squares.
  • White: Cut ONE (1) 6 3/4″ square. Then cut the square diagonally, corner-to-corner, ONE (1) time. You will end up with TWO (2) triangles, you only need ONE (1) of these triangles for this quilt block.

    • White: Cut TWO (2) 5 1/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square.
    • White: Cut TWO (2) 3 1/4″ squares. Then cut each square diagonally, corner-to-corner, TWO (2) times. You will end up with FOUR (4) triangles per square.
